  2. Whisk the Eggs: In a large bowl, whisk the 6 eggs together with salt and black pepper until frothy and well combined to create light and fluffy muffins.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the diced vegetables and cheese (if using) into the whisked eggs. Make sure the mixture is evenly distributed without clumps or dry spots.
