Instructions

Press this firmly into the bottom of a baking pan (approximately 8×8 inches) to create the base layer.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix well. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble the Bars: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo crust layer. Sprinkle a thin layer of crushed Oreos on top of this filling. Then, cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture to create a beautiful layered effect.
