Instructions

  1. Prep the Dates: Carefully slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create an opening for the filling. Remove the pits while keeping the dates intact enough to hold the stuffing.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Gently melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring regularly until smooth and silky.
