  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions if using traditional noodles. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool slightly and prevent sticking.
  2. Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with 1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Assemble the roll-ups: Spread a layer of the filling evenly onto each noodle. Roll each noodle tightly from one end to the other and place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add more sauce and cheese: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the roll-ups. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to cover.
  5. Bake until golden and bubbly: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the roll-ups for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden on top.
